How Often Do I Need to Change My AC’s Air Filter?

One question our Certified Air Systems, Inc., experts get asked a lot is, “do I have to change my air filter?” The answer is unequivocally “yes!” Then comes the follow-up question: how often do I have to change it? The answer to this is also straight-forward: you should change your AC’s air filter every 3 months. If you have smokers and/or pets in your home, it should be every 2 months.
