Preventive Maintenance Agreement
This Preventive Maintenance Agreement is designed to minimize costly breakdowns, keep operating cost to a minimum and help extend the life of the equipment. Certified Air Systems, Inc. agrees to perform inspection and maintenance service 2 Times Per Year as specified below. PLUS A FREE Air Duct Sanitizing (performed once every 12 months) up to a $249.00 value per system.
Semi Annual Preventive Maintenance Service includes the following:
- Chemically clean outdoor condenser coil (with non–acid coil cleaner)
- Monitor indoor blower motor for proper air flow and sequence of operation
- Check operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge for optimum system performance
- Clean condensate drain line
- Treat condensate drain pan with anti–algae drain pan tablets
- Lubricate all moving parts and electric motors where applicable
- Inspect equipment electrical connections and make any minor repairs at no charge
- Check voltage and amperage draws on fan motors and compressor
- Test unit in all operating modes
- Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks
- Replace air filter (filter not included) or professionally clean your washable filter
- Test temperature drop across evaporator coil
- Inspect indoor evaporator coil for proper air flow
- Complete a maintenance check list on your equipment two times per year
As a Preventive Maintenance Agreement customer, you will receive preferential service, 10% discount off our normal rates for repair parts and equipment if needed. The payment for the Preventive Maintenance will be due after the service is rendered. No overtime charge for emergency service.
